Cheese Making with Kim Roos

Kim will be sharing some basic cheese making skills. Participants will learn how to make two basic cheese, Queso Blanco and Ricotta Cheese, from start to finish. Students will be able to have the recipes and a sampling of their work. A light cheese will be prepared in advance, highlighting these cheeses and more.
